We are Ben and Ronald and we are from the Netherlands. We are the guys behind the BBQ Bosses website and the BBQ Bosses YouTube channel. For years we have been enthusiastically involved in barbecuing. After a few years of grilling on a Weber, Boretti and Rosle Smoker we have decided to buy a Big Green Egg. As barbecuing slowly became more than an obsession than a hobby we started having trouble finding decent and easy to use recipes. So we took the best tips and tricks from all kinds of websites, YouTube and cookery books and we created the easy to use BBQ guide with easy to follow tutorials.
